I don't know if there's an official term for them. Always heard "waffle tabs".

Don't know if you can buy them separately, but never really looked. Best to find a beat donor pair if you're that interested. There might be colabs (flight 80 something's can't remember have something similar) also you could get cheap and use those as donors.

Jordan 4 eyelets is what I would call them. Also, grey is a pretty prime base for a custom can't you just paint them instead of buying different ones?
