Think I just got burnt on some Champagnes. please help confirm or deny

Just got these in off eBay for $383. There are a few red flags. Please help me out!!!

The darker pair is size 8. The large seems a bit tumbled compared to the 11's...

Im 99% sure those are fake. I see lots of differences between your pair and the ones off eBay. The shape/color look completly different. Take a straight shot from the back comparing them to be sure
