I just want to say that when you play Texans x2, Jags x2, Titans x2, Giants, ******** then your stats will be affected by that.

It's just something to consider.  As good as Andrew Luck's play has been this season the team at large is a paper tiger and that 9-4 record is not indicative of their quality as a team.  They consistently destroy bad teams (and put up crazy passing stats) while losing to good ones.

Why is that forced?  He plays in by far the worst division in football and one of the most unbalanced of the last decade.

The Colts also have statistically the easiest schedule in football.  And I believe they had one of the top 5 easiest last year as well.

Not comparable.

The AFC South was actually good during most of Peyton's tenure there with the Titans and Jags.

The AFC East hasn't had 3 teams as bad as the Titans, Jags, and Texans for most of Brady's tenure or anywhere close.

How often does one division have two bottom 3 teams and another one with no chance of making the playoffs?  That's two consecutive years in the South.

Wut?  AFC East has been AWFUL as a whole since 2000. A couple good years for the Jets when Rex first fired up that defense.

Probably been a combined 20 QB's between those 3 teams since Brady took over.

defensively, the AFC east hasn't been horrendous. miami had good defenses for a while. jets did as well with revis. it's just been offensively where the AFC east has been bunz outside of NE

Yes, it's been bad.  But there has been at least one decent/okay team in that division that offered something for multiple years while the Pats have been winning.  The Jets brief run, the Dolphins brief run, the Bills' decent defense, etc.

And as DSA said the AFC East has had some good defenses, just no QBs.

The AFC South is historically putrid right now.  The defenses in particular have been horrendous (Texans are about league average defensively).

When 10 games in a **** division and when the real gets real get waxed in the playoffs.

Peyton has 11

Luck has thrown more passes than those 2, and they are part of the elite 4.

Rodgers and Brady throw fewer INT's, and also fewer passes. And what Aaron is doing is flat out absurd to begin with. He's next level like no other right now.


Point blank, bottom line, end of story, Andrew Luck is SIXTH in INT per pass. That is absolutely fine, especially considering no Oline, and zero run game.

In Luck's now 45 career starts, the Colts have had ONE 100 yard rushing performance. 1. A single, game. Somebody named CJ Anderson just went back to back 150's for Peyton, off the street.

Luck has had 1. In 3 full years. Luck is 225 yards away from leading the Colts in rushing, and he only has 55 carries.


Let that sink in folks.

Peyton is good at checking into run plays because they are so scared of his passing.

I don't think its as simple as Peyton has a better running game so he has more help.

That running game exist because of Peyton.

The Colts have a running game too when they give the ball to anyone but Trent Richardson.
