QB THREAD - 2x quarterbacky award winner: Lamar Jackson

The league lead for interceptions is going to come down Blake Bortles and Andrew Luck.

Luck is making a great late season charge.

I'm getting more and more convinced you're just trolling and not being serious, but ok.

651, loved every thing I saw of Teddy. Exactly what I believed at draft, best QB in the draft, should have been top 3 pick.

Romo has been outstanding this year. Oline/pocket/run game probably has nothin to do with it.

Buffalo feasts on Peyton and Rodgers, lose to Carr. #Football

Man it took you this long to figure this out?

Ya boy gets too much shine for stat padding against garbage teams but he's good.

Yep. It's been truly refereshing to see him get better with each week. Some of his passes today were beautifully pinpoint.  Connected on a lot of passes 20+, which is the most recent progress from him. I'm excited. And if AP comes back?! Shooot.

Colts have two yards rushing. No Hilton. On the road. Multiple drops. Zero Oline. Romo with DAYS to throw. 14-0 before Luck throws a single pass.

And its an indictment on Luck.

Russ throws 2 late TD's up 29-0 and he's a God.

I question the way some people watch the game. Some help might be in order for y'all.

I beeeeeen tellin you guys. Luck is one lonely dude out there. He has almost no help at all. Hilton is clearly their 2nd best player. Vontae. The next 50.......need some upgrades.

2 yards rushing, on 9 carries, into the 4th quarter. But let's look at Luck on that.

Regardless of all those factors CP, Luck still played horrible today.

I'm a fan of his. He clearly has no o-line, running game or defense...

But neither does Rivers, and he still wins big games against good teams. (He also loses games to bad teams... I know)

But Luck played horrible today. You can't excuse it. When any other QB plays bad we point it out. You can't just dismiss his inexcusable throws today because of those factors. They were REALLY bad throws outside of a few that were dropped.

(Again, I think he's an amazing QB... I'd start my franchise with him ANYDAY... But you gotta keep it real. He didn't bring it today).

Luck played horrible.........

15/22. MULTIPLE DROPS. 15/22.

1 pick leading Fleener.

1 pick on a deflected pass while getting hit.

Trailing 14-0 before his first throw.

Zero run game. Shoddy Oline. Multiple drops. 15/22.

Horrible.

And no Hilton.

If that was RW CP would be telling why he is so horrible
But it was Luck and CP is trying to explain why he wasn't horrible

Bruh... I'm a fan. I know the stats. It's not all about numbers.

Dallas has had a non-existent pass rush all year... But they obviously were getting Luck frustrated from the jump.

You could be 55/58 from the field... But those 3 throws that weren't completed could of still cost you the game.

Just because you have an insane completion % doesn't mean you played a great game

Look at Alex Smith today. If you look at the box score you would think he's an All-Pro QB... IF YOU WATCHED HIM PLAY YOUD SEE A WHIMP WHO CHECKED DOWN ALL DAY.

Don't be a box score snob man. You know its
More than that

He had a chance to cut the lead to 28-7 before the half, and get the ball back after halftime, and he made a horrible unforced error and over threw fleener for an INT.

That TAKES POINTS OFF THE BOARD.

You really don't think that deserves ANY criticism at all? Any bad throw he makes is justified because of a few other drops and defensive issues?

He made HORRIBLE decisions man.

They were obviously not going to win this game regardless, but he didn't help matters out with those turnovers. He could of gotten his team closer.

It's clear what deficiencies Indy has man. You gotta be blind to not see how bad Trent is, how bad that o-line is, and how bad that defense is...

But it doesn't mean the QB automatically is excused of any mistakes.

That's what I'm saying.

His team is not helping him out, but he still could of made better decisions OVERALL throughout that game.

How is that unfair to say?

No one plays perfect, even Brady made awful decisions today

Why you think I point at Hilton LAST?

Two. Yards. Rushing.
14-0 before a single attempt.
Multiple drops. (Like the absurd fake punt)
0 Oline.
0 Defense

You are putting the entire game and team on just Andrew.

****, he gets drilled while putting the ball right on Allen's hands, dropped. What more he gotta do?

Oh no, he led the throw too much down 28-0. He ain't the reason they down 28-0, but its all on him to get it back. Oh, ok. :smh:

Like I said, I question how some of you view games. If you think any of this was on him, you watchin a different game.

He could take a **** on the field and he would try to rationalize it.

Blame it on Trent Richardson.

I never said I put the whole loss on "Andrew"

Cmon man.
Is he your cousin?

He's a top 3 pick in any redraft league, fantasy or real life. 9 out of 10 people would probably pick him to start their franchise with today over anyone else.

No one here hates him. And no one here is blaming him for all those deficiencies.

All I'm saying is, he made some HORRIBLE throws out there. Regardless of the "reasons" he had to make those bad throws, they were still BAD.

You're really going to argue that he didn't?

Find the quote where I said the colts lost
Today BECAUSE of "Andrew." Find the quote today when I said the Colts are a bad team because of "Andrew." Find the quote where I said he has everything he needs to succeed personnel wise.

Stop acting like Im calling him a bust.

He's an OUTSTANDING QB.

That doesn't absolve him of any critique though. No one is excused from criticism
Man. Every QB in this league makes at least one bad throw a night. You're acting like Luck makes none...
Somehow every INT, fumble, or incomplete pass is his teams fault... Everyone

CMon man. No ones saying they lost because of him today, their team was clearly outmatched.

But he didn't play a great game either.

Just keep it real man.

Seahawk fans shouldn't say a ******* word the way they dismiss their entire team to praise their QB.

Seriously, just go to a different thread.
