For example: AIDs is a virus. Vaccines work to prime your immune system against future “attacks” by a particular disease. There are vaccines against both viral and bacterial pathogens, or disease-causing agents.  

Vaccines provide "cures" to many diseases before they happen. How did all of these vaccines become available to us? By making it through the government. Why would the gov't do this if it's not profitable for them? Ex. Hepatitis (In most forms) slowly kills your liver, and you. Why doesn't the gov't just drag this one out like cancer and AIDs? Treating Hepatitis long term is way more profitable than giving the public free vaccines for it.

What happens when.. Japan discovers cure for cancer? Are they in on it too? They want to keep it to themselves? or is just USA?

So yes therefore fda will find some ******** to get it not approved..

Right, Japans cure for cancer will be blocked by our FDA. This will cause people to go to Japan, and pay for the cure there. Bottom-line about businesses...

Some reason your claiming I think that the government are angels that what they say is the word of God. This is not the case. Why did they patent cannabinoid? I have no idea, I'd have to research that. I would theorize that they want the question answered:"How will this medicine be provided to patients in an acceptably safe form and with a consistent and known dosage?"

 My best friend is lead scientist at SC labs, he researches cannibas all day, searching for medicinal value, this is his life. The gov't is not preventing his research of this.

You are completely wrong about only overseas being able to study it.

I work in the hospital and have to interact with minimum of 10 Doctors per day. Doctors who believe in medical marijuana are the minority, not the majority.

I have a medical marijuana license, and voted for it to be legalized if it matters.
 
I understand what you're saying no doubt but I just don't see the fda interested in cures over treatments when cures will be so expensive to create and obtain and therefore out of reach of many plus being a one time shot versus treatment which Is affordable to most at the same time continuall therefore raking in profits over and over foe years and years..
That imo wud get them from multibillions in profits to millions..
The government/fda profits off things imo if u don't think so I can understand why your all ladida thinking there just hete to regulate and help but I do not..I've seen many documentaries with former fda workers explaining there nonsense but again it just makes alot of sense to me and I believe that theory..

That patent does have affect on researchers or they wouldn't have done it..does it stop ppl from doing so? no
But it will put there hand on the cookie jar quicker if your researchers do find something..

The FDA doesn't regulate in Japan, I believe the PMDA does. You can receive approval by one and not the other. It's pretty clear that you're talking out of your behind and have zero idea how this industry works.

Laws very state to state but it's possible to make a case of this everywhere but due to different laws you'd adviously get diffrent results,

The lady git extremely lucky in this case and won't see 23 billion after appeals and taxes as well..

Her name is Stella Liebeck, google the images of her burns. (Very NSFW btw).

There is a great documentary titled Hot Coffee. Definitely recommend. It goes into other stuff too. Shows just how much the big companies lobby
and pushed the frivolous lawsuit agenda. :smh:
