Since we already held 14m of cap space for him this season, there's no reason to take away his franchise tender, unless the owners are either too cheap or pissed to pay him considering what he did. I don't think the Giants will do that tho.

I don't think JPP's ever shown poor character as a person, and this could've been a legitimate accident that was out of his control (doubt it tho), so I'm still hoping he comes back, learns from this, plays well, and signs a reasonable deal. We're lacking so much talent on defense we can't afford to lose more players. I hope Damontre and Owa can show something this year.

I feel bad for JPP. He made a silly mistake. I hope he bounces back and plays the way he always does in his entire career. Wishing him a speedy recovery.

He didnt need to have his finger amputated. He had it amputated because he would've missed a year+ of football.

Losing like 25% of your grip strength and decreasing the ability to tackle makes you worth a lot less than a $60million deal.

I have a not-so-good feeling about Beckham this year for some reason and what I saw from Eli and the rest of the offense last night didn't help the cause. They won't be playing again til the day of my draft so I basically don't have anything else to rely on at this point.

I know. That's not my outlook on the season. I'm just sayin this preseason game, they didn't look good at all. 1st team was in there for 3 series and had negative yards...

Our defense is average at best, our O line is garbage. 7-9, maybe 8-8.
