HELP are these champagnes fake???

Bought these from the bay seller insists they are 100% authentic biggest thing for me is the manufacture date of 12/24/13 ive checked all my other j's and they were all manufactured within a short time of release and the stitching on the tongue is a little off in the middle the box is the same as my cigars have checked the order on nike.com and seller did purchase a pair of these and the upc on the packing card matches the shoes please can someone help if these are fake then they need to go back as paid top dollar for them
