Looking at buying chucks from there. Are all the clothing and shoes 100% authentic?

depends. you have to look at the seller. if its sold by amazon yes but it its from 3rd party.....who knows

Yes.
Sellers who are not amazon, but who do sell on amazon. It depends.
Your purchase is protected by amazon's a-z guarntee. If you purchase a fake product, you're covered.

Fake fragrances have slipped through the cracks, but I can't imagine Converses would be an issue.

I mean, really? Fake Converses?

right thats what i was thinking...but i was looking on ebay for this certain pair and saw negative reviews indicating that some pairs were fake. idk why these are so hard to find. The OX White (NOT monochrome) leather lowtop chucks.

The seller is called kiks out of Los Angeles but i couldnt find much on them...

Chucks on ebay I wouldn't worry about
It's the high end Margiela, Gucci, Louie, baleciaga, ysl stuff I'd be sketchy about

Anything that is popular and has name recognition is counterfeited.

I miss the days when Spongebob/clear retros were heavy in the streets...when a simple glance at the shoe and the price would give it away. Now you need a CSI investigation :smh: |I

But how do you prove its fake to amazon?

just because you buy something fake on ebay/paypal they dont automatically side with you

they have had fake chucks for years now. they sell em for $20

probably in china you can get em on the streets for $5-10 a pair

pretty much everything is fake, even if its not popular. SRS

Thanks a lot they were going for 64 which was why I thought they were legit since that's retail. Thanks for saving me

By filing a claim to amazon.

Amazon will usually just give you amazon credit, if you don't want to wait for a seller to refund you the purchase price.

I think Bert. Bert. was saying they do make fake Chucks as a general statement, not that the pair you're looking at in particular is fake.

If you're having trouble finding them anywhere but Amazon and Ebay I'm willing to bet they're legit. Most older shoes that end up on those 2 sites are discontinued styles that were bought in bulk from outlets.

The fact they're leather also reduces the likelihood of them being fake IMO. I rarely see fake Chucks and I cant say I've ever seen a pair of leather fakes (not to say they don't exist).

I guess I'm just torn because it does say 100% authentic which is what inspired me to create this post
