Watching Fitz play it's obvious that if we want this team to get to the next level it can't be with him. He doesn't have the arm strength or the other physical attributes. I know we are winning but the team isn't going to go far with him. Geno isn't the answer either so the team is in a pickle. I'd try love for them to try to wiggle Rivers away from the Chargers if possible but I doubt that'll happen. One can dream though.
