now all we need is Cardelle Jones to declare for the draft and we pick him up in the second round after drafting Amari Cooper in the first
He's staying in school, in no way this kid should be drafted after 3 starts. No way, no thanks.

Bowles is also a Bill Parcells disciple. I wanted Quinn but this was the right call with the waiting game continuing. Gailey does not thrill me but I will give it a chance. Happy with move. Bowles was also a scout besides a former player so that is a big plus

Not in love with gailey either but a rookie HC going with about as experienced a guy as you can find. Says a lot about Bowles IMO.

He has been telling teams that is who he wants as his OC in all his interviews not just with the Jets. Gailey runs an offense that fits into his scheme.
Just saying in general, People need to stop with the Rex talk and we needed an offensive guy. He is intelligent. He worked is #@$# off in this league. He will not be like Rex who gave ZERO about the Offense. Also, all these guys are connected to Bill Parcells.
Bowles has that Tomlin sense to him. Quiet with the press. As loud as he can be with his players. All the Cardinals players LOVED him. just like the Jets did Rex.

Gailey does run a good offense, that fits his players. Maybe jets make a run at CJ spiller, he used him well in buffalo

But on a serious note I like the Bowles hiring because he'll without a doubt have our secondary play up to their potential and he'll pay attention to the offense as well.
Gotta try to sign Devin McCourty to play FS for us since Pryor and Allen are much better at SS and then sign a vet corner like Flowers or Kareem Jackson.
With our first pick we have a ton of options so I'm not even gonna stress about that right now

Mangold was just on joe and Evan man they seriously put on the best interview cuz they are die hard jets fans and asked him so many questions and they asked him if he'd sign to the pats and he said hell no,
He also said he liked rex over mangini which I thought was kinda interesting

Rex is a players coach, no surprise. Bowles is sorta a player's coach too, but demands responsibility and accountability.

Which is what this Jets team needs now. Cromartie said it was really hard to say who was better to play for since Bowles and Rex (Also being a Free Agent will make you say that) are similar when it comes to the players with an open door policy. I have a feeling he will be like Mike Tomlin or John Harbaugh where they are like Rex in Locker Room with the guys but are totally different with press.......Another thing this Jets teams need to get away from with the full on circus atmosphere.
Man, listening to Rex yesterday was like a comedian that got everyone excited that he was doing a new show and you get there and it is the same material...........I love him for that alone, but hopefully Buffalo fans don't buy in early on......
