Brand new staff could either work out well or completely hit the fan... Good thing our schedule is a lot easier next season.

exactly. all you can do is pray and hope everything meshes well together.

Instilling a new culture will always take time. However i'm excited about this new start.

I feel you, I might actually be in Europe during that time so might catch it.
