I'm not worried about it, sucks I have to root against him though. He'll have the bills ready to play the jets

Hopefully jet play them after the bye

Jets were prepared to try to hire DC Dan Quinn as Head Coach if Seattle lost last night to Carolina

I don't wanna root against him either but the Bills made a good move in hiring him because he knows every squad in the division well.

On another note, I know we got the past 4 home openers for Week 1, think we'll get it again? Or will the league give it to the Giants finally?

friend of mine just text me sayin we hired Texans scouting manager as GM. don't know how true it is but my source is usually money ... just sayin, i got sources ...

Not a secret. They interviewed the Texans dude twice. And he has ties to Marrone...

Maccagnan isn't a bad selection as a GM. He knows personel, but his drafts with the Texans weren't mind blowing though. If we're going with Quinn I think we did a solid job, but the OC spot is the thing I'm most worried about. We need an innovate offensive mind in here. I hope Quinn can bring someone in here or else he'll be in the same spot Rex was and we'll be firing him in 3 years.

As far as Rex goes, him signing with the Bills is our worst nightmare come true. Dude is going to haunt us forever, as he should because we had no business firing him. If he actually gets Roman to join him, he could have the Bills in great shape in no time. SMH.

Hearing good things about Maccagnan and Quinn. We're just going to have to wait and see.

The one thing I hope he has is an 'open door' policy in the head office. Idzik was the total opposite.

He went to a situation that's just as bad or worse than the jets. Yes, they have a legit defense, but no QB and no high picks in the draft because of the Watkins trade. Schwartz is the DC, which runs a different type of defense and has an ego himself.

Thought Atlanta would've been a better spot for him, but we'll see how he handles the bills offense. Bills GM is questionable too.

That Bills QB situation could be fixed real fast though through free agency. They'll be a couple of loose QBs this year, that might include Cutler, and they could upgrade slightly at that position. All they need is a game manager. After that, everything else is solid for them offensively. They're WAY better off than us offensively. Our O-line is a mess for starters and we're still figuring out our WR position. Kerley's production was nonexistent, Decker SMH and Harvin might be gone if you listen to a lot of reports out there. Rex went to a better team. Period.

I thought the same thing about the DC position until I read a report by La Canfora that he's going to take Thurman with him to Buffalo. I'm guessing the current DC is out and Thurman will take his place. The defense is WAY better than ours as well talent wise. Rex made a solid move. Atlanta would've been great as well but for whatever reason, he didn't want to wait for that.

Our WR's had a poor season because they had a below average QB throwing to them. Harvin Decker and Kerley is a good receiving trio with a solid QB.
