Homeowner shoots intruder who was not pregnant...

... She was SHOT, on the ground and surrendered. Are you serious? You don't think it's safe to call the cops then? She has to be executed?

Maybe she didn't deserve that but the minute she made the decision to break into someone's house she rolled them dice. And in this instance crapped out. I don't feel sorry for her at all.

"Safety" is in the eyes of the person in the situation. Shot on the floor doesn't mean she's down for good. I think the fact that she asked for him to stop to save herself has y'all changing your mind. If she said F you, or said nothing nobody would of said anything.

Also read his accounts of the story they weren't there to hurt him and they had no weapons they pusher him down because he was in the way. Now shut up and let someone rob you **** no but execute some one because you want to send a message that's kind of a **** move on his part as well.

oh well in that case he should just give them the extra key

How can anyone justify the old guy basically admitting that he killed her to teach a lesson, not because he was in danger? If he's in danger, I have no problem with it... to teach a lesson? That don't sit right with me.

Kill anyone who does something wrong isn't an extreme? Really?

But isn't that what you guys are saying? She was stealing from him which is wrong he killed her because she was in the wrong he is okay and even by some a good citizen for doing so.

ANYTHING WRONG, meaning you bump into me I should kill you. C'mon man

He defiantly worded everything wrong in the attempts to sound hard. He should of let a lawyer do the talking next time

You could have felt you were in immediate danger so by your logic and standings yes. That's how I picture it. Although I think he meant crimes, like stealing and the biggest crime of them all piracy. A lot of NT breaks the law daily.

By my logic? Now you're really reaching telling me what I'd do.

Well hopefully if he shot her to teach a lesson, the lesson was taught and serves as a warning for people thinkin about doing or trying to do similar stuff.

Don't break in houses and you don't run the risk of getting gunned down in an alley. And if you do choose to do it, don't have your partner in crime be a coward that leaves you behind

I don't know what you would do but according to your posts here you feel if you're in danger you should kill. Even if you're no longer in said danger you should kill. It's the person's fault for placing you in danger.

REACH

This is how topics get derailed

Obviously the old man was wrong for shooting a fleeing suspect that was on the ground. But I really can't understand how y'all are feeling sorry for her. Again, breaking into and entering unlawfully on another persons property with intent to rob them, you're rolling the dice with your life period. Some ppl dont play. Where's the logic?

I've explained my part please explain how I am reaching? You think his actions were motivated by the home invasion. He felt in danger and got his gun fired shots hit ol girl had the chance to call the cops wait for help get a neighbor but decided no she needs to be killed and her friend needs to be taught a lesson and and killed her you think what he did is not only justified but you would do the same. What am I missing here? Also, when he clearly explained what he did and how he did it you said he was just talking out if his *** to sound hard he didn't mean to say it in that matter .
