Homeowner shoots intruder who was not pregnant...

I've explained my part please explain how I am reaching? You think his actions were motivated by the home invasion. He felt in danger and got his gun fired shots hit ol girl had the chance to call the cops wait for help get a neighbor but decided no she needs to be killed and her friend needs to be taught a lesson and and killed her you think what he did is not only justified but you would do the same. What am I missing here? Also, when he clearly explained what he did and how he did it you said he was just talking out if his *** to sound hard he didn't mean to say it in that matter .

Ahhhh maybe because I've never said when i feel in danger I'll kill someone for starters. The rest is irrelevant to your initial statement and question.

Then again people are understanding him killing her because she did something wrong  we get to classify and rank levels of being wrong, judgment is amazing.

Breaking into someone's house to rob him and in the act hurting the 80 year old man is different from calling someone fat. YES there are different levels of wrong.

I don't think anybody thinks that she "deserved" what happened to her. But she did willingly enter herself into an arena where what she got was a very real possibility. And THAT, is 100% on her.

So my question is why are you defending him if you don't share the same morals? I'm confused.

The hell are you talking about "share the same morals"? Someone broke into his how so he shot her, I have no problem with that nor do i have any sympathy towards the thieves who wanted to rob an 80 year old man.

Does that make any sense or is there some spiritual connection I share with the guy?

The issue isn't that he shot her, the issue is that he felt the need to execute her after she was down.

Girl deserved it.

Old man? meh.... it's not self defense, but he's 80. what are they gonna give him?.... life? that's like 2 years.

what if the old guy got concurrent life sentences

When you violate someone in such power way as breaking into their home you're at their mercy as far as the consequence. You don't like those terms DONT BREAK INTO SOMEONES HOUSE

That might sound good to some, but that won't hold up in court...you can't just execute someone because you felt disrespected.

You wanna rob ****? Fine. Be aware that there are some people who are willing to kill you for that, be it right or wrong on their part. be cognizant of consequences you face for actions you take.

Holding up in court isn't what we're addressing.

"you can't just execute someone because you felt disrespected."

Who even said this?

Why did the old man kill her if she was already wounded and had surrendered on the ground? Sounds like an execution to me.
