Stronglifts (look it up and stick to it) cardio, keep junk to a minimum, replace drinks and sodas with water, add leafy greens to your diet. Add a protein shake in lieu of a snack. Start with that for 90 days, you'll figure the rest after that, promise.

I went in there and politely asked a few questions. I had to repost my questions for someone to answer them and some people weren't even specific with what they were telling me.

Dudes used to talk about all this science bull and I would simply state "How can you tell me what I`m doing is wrong when I am living proof of what I did works for me?", I remember dudes told me I wouldnt be able to get over 400lbs in Deadlifts in a 2 month time, and I ended up doing 420 for reps lol. I always say, I`m not taking tips from someone I havent seen pics of, I dont care if you have a PHD in Crossfit, I dont care about what you say, I`ll consider it but nothing in fitness is law of the land besides Calories in vs Calories out.

At the end of the day if you follow the Calories in vs Calories out, get in a decent amount of protein and fats in your diet and just be active, you`ll be straight. No matter if you lift, crossfit, jog, swim, etc.

I didn't, I got banned for calling dudes out and getting reported a million times. literally first time I ever got reported on this site was in that thread.

I think most of the issue with Lucky from the thread was he's exactly the guy he doesn't want to listen to with arrogance. LIke you just stopped being fat, and are still kinda fat. Useless thread either way.
