I think most of the issue with Lucky from the thread was he's exactly the guy he doesn't want to listen to with arrogance. LIke you just stopped being fat, and are still kinda fat. Useless thread either way.

I have been taking CLA and leucine , bcaa, gluatmine , citra malate , and i can see and feel a difference. ( all powder form)

currently im 230lb

good looks on that calculator EWD.

im looking to get down to 200lb im 5'11

the calculator website states if i keep my calorie intake to 2400 a day i can loose 2lb a week.

so with that being said how many meals do you guys  inhale a day?

I know diet is key and im trying to perfect that.

sadly i live at home and my foreign family loves rice, i made the move to brown rice but i feel like its still hindering my weight loss process.

so any tips appreciated.

BCAAs contain leucine no need to take extra on the side, protein shakes contain both. I use BCAAs mainly because I do Intermittent Fasting, but if you aren't working out faster many will argue that you don't really need them.

I never understood the type of dudes that say "I don't want to get bulky" lulz Wut? Don't do steroids then. Avg guy won't even look like a Track sprinter if he lifted hard let alone an NFL player. Cats don't understand Genetics play a huge factor in this whole thing. Some people are blessed to pack on muscle a certain way and other people aren't.

I just eat man. I tried the whole counting calories and tracking thing but I drove myself crazy. I know what's good for and what's not. I know what has certain nutrients.

IMO, tracking your diet isn't really necessary unless you're looking to lose/gain a significant amount of weight.
