If I knew how to swim I'd probably swim for cardio.

But I get buckets (4 men's league games a week). And run consistently.

I'm doomed to be a fatty. :frown:

I used to catch heat for this but no such thing as "Bad" food imo. Its all about moderation. No need to cut out sweets or fried food, just know you wont get the best results if thats all you eat./you eat it a ton. I dont believe in restrictive diets besides for religious or allergy reasons.
Since there is no UNIVERSAL definition of "moderation" I can't agree with this.

Moderation for one person is 1 soda per week.
Another person might think 3-5 per week is fine.

Moderation is all what someone wants it to be to ease their conscious.

So yea, there IS a such thing as good/bad.

Burn sativa and not indica. I burn before and after bruh. I tune the **** out and lift like a madman while laughing by my damb self :smokin

I honestly never understood the quickness in which dudes on the internet in general are willing to post half naked pictures for predominately male audiences.

But that is not my business. Just saying though.

Maybe it is for the same reason most dudes buy sneakers to impress other dudes.

My toughest muscle group to work out and develop is my chest. I feel like I can put in so much effort and consistency, but I barely see any kind of results.

I have a decent frame in terms of upper body to waist ratio, but I feel like my chest isn't "shaped" and big enough in comparison to my shoulders and lats.

I'm 5'10" and 195 lbs. I don't carry any of the fat in my belly or upper body, it's all down in my lower body (thighs). I want to get down to 175lbs and 10% body fat. I go to the gym 4-5 days a week and focus on certain muscle groups each day. After every workout I do some cardio for 20 mins and I mix in HIIT. I also try to fit in 1-2 days out of the week for just cardio for 45 mins.

I'm currently keeping a Keto diet where I have about 50g of carbs, 120g of fat, and 170g of protein a day. My diet consists most greens, lean meats and nuts.

Does anyone have some tips they can give me?

I've been burning since I started lifting ( Yes 5 years of consistent blowing ) and it never hindered my progress.

you weigh as much as me an im 6'1" an under 10% right now but i dont have an exact number

look into intermittent fasting

for chest....................look into reverse grip bench press

will really build that upper chest, i love it.................i have not done regular incline in a while ive subsituted with this
