These are definitely one of the top 10 greatest OG colorway Jordan's of all time IMO. The second pair I ever bought too, after 8 years of watching other people wear shoes I could never afford and always wanting them. Got my mow on the summer after 8th grade and copped playoff 12's first and then a pair of these next, $149.99 each and I was happy to spend every cent of it.

I actually just got an OG pair on Wednesday to replace mine, and they'll be here next week. I am still in for these if they are remastered and excellent quality materials are used

no question! When these released in 97, this was around the time that I really got into sneakers. I remember I wanted the black/red pair sooo bad when I was in the 4th grade. I also remember these sat for a long time at a local footlocker here in the DMV. I had the 03 retro's and I remember how comfortable they were and how plush and high grade the leather was. I was so amazed by the leather back then..lol! I don't care what anyone says, the black/red 12's are the best colorway of the 12's. Yes, better then the "playoff" colorway, quote me on that!

didn't really trashed my OGs, but gave them to Goodwill last year because the zoom were deflated and shoe became uncomfortable after 18 years. sold the 03 back in 04 to get a PSP back then .... what a terrible mistake that was. LOL
