Man yeah. Once it gets shipping confirmation call them to fix it. Ask them to hold it at the nearest UPS hub and go pick it up if need be.
 
I ve been waiting on FNL since 10am , I placed my order with my card, then it went back to the wait screen , still waiting! Is there a chance or no?
