The "leather" on my office chair has been pealing for a while so its time for me to get a new one. Any recommendations? Perhaps with a leather that will stay solid and not peal. thanks

Laying in a hammock while wrangling a simple book is often a challenge, which explains why hammocks replacing desks in offices never caught on. Here's a nice compromise, though: A compact hammock for your feet  that hangs under your desk and raises or lowers to put you in a working or slacking mood as needed.

Available in one of six different colors for just $30, the Fuut hammock comes with hanging ropes and a pair of clamps to secure it to your desk—so out of the box you'll be relaxing with your feet up in no time. And unlike a full body hammock, since the Fuut is only supporting your feet, it won't suddenly dump you onto the ground after one wrong move. [Connect design  viaHolycool]

I'm looking for a chair, just a solid desk chair. Or perhaps a seat cover for my old one?

I know someone on here has purchased a chair recently

Bro, seriously get one of these and call it a day.

It isnt the most appealing to the eyes, but I have recommended these chairs to all my low back, hip, pelvis patients. Some have taken my advice and came in to thank me. I use this myself when I'm not using a standing work station.
