I'm BLACK I'm part African I have been there and seen this **** first hand during a trip I took last year. It's bad. It's not what you see in the paper. It's worse. So don't you come telling me that I wrote a sob story to make myself look good I know what I said and I stand by it. Africa is a wasteland and a playground for criminals. All those little pictures of old white people and black people who think they have African roots are BS take a trip there for yourself and see just how bad it is. Imagine the worst part of your city .... you did that? Great, THATS LUXURY IN MOST OF AFRICA so please read up before you insult me by saying I wrote some stupid sob story because I didn't.

I am not only black I'm also mexican meaning I get judge by EVERYONE and I'm sick and tired of people talking like they give a **** about Africa when they don't all they care about is themselves. The people who help ARENT in photographs and they ARENT recognized because they don't need that recognition and it's something that americans don't seem to understand.

The major of Africans are criminals. Take a look at the murder rates for the last 5 years. They have gotten worse. Take a look at the economical progress. There is none. Next time you call me out do your research before you say I'm trying to cover up racism. I here that **** every single day of my ******* life getting dirty looks from all these ******* people who think they're better than my because I'm black/mexican. I don't need to hear this crap from the place I come to vent chill and relax.

Anyway I just wanted to let that out because it's pissing me off and I'm currently living in New Haven snob central racism central get dirty looks everyday central and ebola jokes targeted at me. I'm sick of it.

2. People rarley fly from Africa to the us, it's ussually afric to Paris/London to US, are you going ban flights from UK and france? No.

bathe in vomit? that sounds gross. im.sure those nurses didnt do anything purposeful. but they said this thing spreads when it shows symptoms

you don't ban flights from Europe altogether, you ban non us nationals whose trips originate from the affected countries.

And, you can get the disease much easier than bathing in vomit. Since ebola can survive dried on surfaces for several hours, and the fact that if the virus comes in contact with eyes, mouth, throat, you can catch the disease is what makes me nervous. People with the disease in its early stages can sneeze on a surface, touch something with sweaty hands, etc and then someone could get ebola on their hands by touching one of those surfaces and rub their eyes a couple minutes later and not realize what they are doing. I think that's a reason why this disease is so contagious.

no, you pick and choose what NON-US NATIONAL can enter the country. Not anyone can just come to this country, it may be unfair and prejudicial to some, but that's just the way it is. I can't just show up at a country and walk in, countries grant people entry. And I don't think it's illogical, because we are talking about a very deadly, highly contagious disease that looks like will be out of control soon in several countries. The disease has to be contained.
