Nike Zoom Rookie Sizing??? Do they run big or small?

I have a pair of solar red foams TTS and they fit snug, but I see a great deal for a pair of rookies which are apparently like foams.. 

I heard the foamy material eventually molds to your feet so would going half a size down with foams or rookies be a bad idea?

please i need to know asap
