Stephen A. Smith Apologizes about Domestic Violence Views

We live in a society where women have built in excuses for everything.

You are weaker physically, a lot of ya'll can physically be thrown,

yet you keep putting your hands on men and start the drama.

Guess what happens when I end it?

Negative press for me, suspensions for me, and jail time for me.

While you get to talk about your side to these birds out here,

enjoying the attention (crack for birds)

and make me look like the bad guy.

A lot of these "grown women" are just old teenagers.

Social stigma patna.

People find out you had to call the cops on your lady you look like a punk.

Not saying it's right but "thats just the way it is."

Of course those open minded/self confident/thinking for themselves spirits will call the cops but most men wont.
Exactly!!!

Guys in here talking about social double standards but they don't stop and sit down to see what's the real problem.
We as men got to relate to each other that it's ok to get the authorities involved before you go to jail.

Any woman that tries to punk you for it..."it aint nun to cut dat b off"

you don't have a rep button?

The flaw in saying SAS is blaming the victim is that he still places the blame on the dude hitting her.

If you actually listen to the segment, he says something along the lines of:

We're still going to handle the man that put hands on my sister/mom/female fam/whatever no matter what, HOWEVER, whatever punishment happens to that dude, it doesn't negate the fact that he already put hands on the woman.

As in: say it's your mom, someone puts hands on her god forbid. You're still going to punish that dude no matter what, but you hope that your mom tries to avoid that in any way she can because you never want to see her get hit. It still wouldn't be her fault, none of it would, but you hate to see it happen. Get it?

Damn the dude got suspended :smh: I doubt he lasts more than a week before seeing his walking papers

I don't even like SAS but he doesn't deserve to go out like this. Beadle is a *****

I am a big fan of SAS HE DIDNT DESERVE THE SUSPENSION period it's just too bad his employer received too much heat about his latest comment.SAS SAYS worst than that in the past ,,,freedom of speech in this country don't exist anymore ,I understand he's a public figure but that's how he gets paid that's his job critique comment good or bad

What happened with a Beadle and Le Batard.

Google is not giving me anything.

She caught the feels for being included in his championship rant where he was supposed to have papi tell her to eat a d but he ended it right before. The actual back and forth isn't posted on any sites.

I didn't even notice her name was mentioned in his video rant. She talks so much crap about other people. He should've let Papi say whatever he wanted about her.

No matter how many times I watch the video if what SAS said the 1st time I can see why beadle thought that way but honestly it's people watching it wth a closed mind, SAS said nothing wrong at all and it sucks he's getting fired but hey at least he was going to xm anyway

Smh! SAS should have just clarified his original statement but I suspect ESPN wasn't gonna let that fly. I hope he doesn't get the axe over this.

Shout out to Whoopi though.

I just find it funny SAS gets suspended for a week and possibly lose his position for something he worded awkwardly on commentary, while Ray Rice hit is wife gets two games and keeps it pushing. Wow.

damn :smh:

my ***** SAS, hate it had to be him. He wasn't even wrong about what he said.

But seeing Beadles track record, Stephen A Smith, Dan Lebetard, AJ Lee. Drunkenly asking Packers players to F her while on the clock at the espy's is seems as if Beadle isn't an innocent saint, she ruffles feathers and then tries to play innocent.

.
Whoa, what?

You never heard that before?

I can't post the link because it has language but google Beadle and Aaron Rodgers

Beadle is hella unliked but she prob turns tricks for higher ups......I know Marcellus wasn't too happy when she came back to SN

the problem is this society is way to o sensitive, and take things out of context and at times too literal. Common sense would should allow to understand what the man was saying, even if he didn't make himselff crystal clear. Too many people are caught up in their emotions, and just run with that. At the end of the day nobody should put hands on anyone, if you do, you are inviting that person to put their hands on you or worse. What is so hard to understand?

lost alot of respect for beadle for what she did man. that white atitude, "look at me" **** is so corny. she didnt have to come at SAS like that over tweets. Grown adults, go to him in person or call the guy and say you weren't a fan of what he said.

him being black just pushed the issue ten fold.

wonder what would be the backlash if skip said it
