Such a beautiful sequence of play for last place Dortmund. Got the W today so hopefully it's the start of the turnaround!

Real - Atletico looked like the Seahawks - Broncos super bowl. Atletico came out with fire, intensity, and aggression that you knew Real was never going to match.

Not blaming him by any means, but all that hype on Varane's maturity needs to go out the door for now. In a mans game, he and Nacho couldn't hang.

Seems Cristiano is always a non-factor against Simeone's side.

It really felt like we were missing Da Hemi in Di Maria.

That 4-3-3 is just not working against Atleti. I was really hoping they would have went with a 4-2-3-1 and give the 3 behind Benz more responsibility defensively.

It's amazing to see how well Atelti's players tackle without fouling, and how you expect them to win every 50/50 ball. And how it seems like they have one more man on the pitch.

They looked gassed in the extra time of the CL final, but that's because they give it their all for 90 minutes.

Every year there's always that one English/British player that goes into god mode for a season then returns to being average or mediocre. I'm not rooting against Kane, even though I was rooting for Arsenal today (by the way, are the NT Arsenal fans ok/alive? Haven't seen them all morning...) but let's give him some more time before we call him a star.

I skipped the game. No way I was waking up that early, and I'm glad I missed it. ******* terrible 2nd half from the sound of it.

Idk if that was really Casillas fault, it was hit with power and curve in a really awkward spot.

There are people here that would know better than I do, what do you guys think?

Awkward shot but totally could have saved it. Casillas makes those mistakes a bunch now.

Cuadrado looked pretty good even though he only got about 10 minutes. He definitely seems to fill willians role in the staring XI better than Schurrle, and I think it will benefit Hazard to have another player on the pitch who is also capable of creating chances and possibly score a few goals because we all know willian does everything but put the ball in the back of the net.

Milan vs Juve is always an exciting game to watch (especially after that boring merseyside derby) but at the the moment it looking more like Juve vs Diego Lopez

7 pts ahead of City :pimp:

Real Madrid was missing almost the entire defense today, and their "world class$ replacements looked very pedestrian.

Arsenal

At the end, Simeone's men looked like they came back from Vietnam, and Ancelotti's looked like they came back from a stroll in Central Park.

I was fairly sure RM would lose without James and Ramos but definitely not this badly

Edit: Another brace by De Bruyne, the boy's been on fire lately

My-T.

Cristiano Ronaldo's game by numbers vs. Atletico Madrid: 0 goals, 0 chances created, 0 take-ons completed, 0 crosses completed, 0 shots on target, 70% pass accuracy.

Cristiano once again non existent on big occasions under pressure. Made more evident when the usual supporting cast is not there to make him look good
