Aint nobody mad breh. No need to instigate.

^ Ain't nobody instigating...

Aside from Atleti slipping against Barca, this has been one of the better years for La Liga that I've seen.

wait is @Firepower
 asian??

and @HEGGSY
what do you have against asians |I  I was in Leicester for a minute and could feel the judgement :smh:
 I have nothing against any ethnicity, don't paint me with the same brush as the idiotic minority

As for Leicester, it's a city where the Asian community is actually the majority over the White population, it's what we're known for, hence we often get racial abuse from other fans, Stoke fans this season sang "you're just a small town in India" :/ Nottingham forest "your just a town full of p**** :smh: there will be a small minority who have something against Asians in Leicester itself, but I'm certainly not one of them. I'm sorry you experienced that though, truly :frown:

^ Is the chicken tikka massala good in Leicester? I haven't had that in a looong time...

Had an Indian couple that were British ex pats that lived next door to my wife & I when we first moved in together years ago... They were studying at Hopkins.

The wife used to make her husband & I her chicken tikka massala for late Saturday morning footy matches. Those were good times... He tried to get me into cricket but I just couldn't get into it... :rolleyes

United crying out for another winger... and yet Chelsea are the ones signing one (don't even need him)..

*side note... i know i mention chelsea's chelsea business but i forgot they paid 25+matic for luiz and then another 25 to get matic back.. so they basically ended up even on the deal by getting 50 for luiz

my apologies; I only stopped at a Tesco in Leicester for a moment

all told, I did feel like I got some stares but more so for being American than being Asian, especially since 95% of my visit was in non-touristy areas (Northampton, Essex)

It's WEMBLEY, not Wemberly

Sorry, just grinds my gears

Haha, sorry mate, I was just being facetious with it... as SP pointed out, it's like the old "Engerland" thing... if you're of a certain age (old fart like me) and from down south, it's just the Cockney way of chanting "Wemberly Wemberly Wemberle-eey"
tongue.gif

*And it's also in no way a slight against, or anything even remotely to do with Asians or their pronunciation...

(thought I'd better just clarify that coz you know how this site is)

And no, I'm not Asian.

That's true. Chelsea probably don't need Cuadrado now, but they need another impact player to replace Schurrle. There's a rumor that he's set to leave for 30 mill pound. Proabbly to Wolfsburg or Borussia Dortmund

rumors or dragovic to dortmund.. Hummels to..... yeah not happening i know

Haha, that's true. You've got a point. I just saw some tweets that Schurrle to Wolfsburg for 27 mill euro. I will wait and see what happens tomorrow.

another random thought.. but dani alves has to be the worst footballer with an instagram... its painful

 tbh, I just thought people were spelling it wrong

Every club sings it like "wemberly" I do, man I was singing "que sera sera whatever will be will be we're going to WEM-BER-LEY que sera sera" at White hart lane last week

That ain't happening but it was nice to think in the moment  and I have bruised shins too, that's how you know you've had a good day at the football

Also this video, from about 30seconds in, that Wembley song, I've been singing it all day after hearing Spurs sing it last night on TV

That video is from last night, actually

Well Schurrle is inconsistent (though sometimes he doesn't even get a chance at all) and Willian does everything but score. I'm guessing Mou wants another creator who will actually attack the defense and can do it in a consistent matter. Salah doesn't even get to sip some water on the bench so he might as well go, he doesn't need to be sitting while Jose plays favorites.
