Juventus have agreed a deal to sign Mario Mandzukic from Atletico Madrid for 18million euros (£12.8m), according to reports in Italy.

La Stampa and Gazzetta dello Sport are reporting that an agreement has been reached, with the 29-year-old signing a four-year deal.

Juventus director general Beppe Marotta is believed to be flying out to Madrid to finalise the move.

Chelsea are considering a move for Zenit St Petersburg's £24million midfielder Axel Witsel, according to the Express.

Jose Mourinho has reportedly identified the Belgian, who has also been linked with Manchester United, as an option to replace the outgoing John Obi Mikel.
