Had no idea what you guys were talking about, now I know. Might as well tune in after the Knicks loss.

What is up with Seattles grass/turf?

What is up with Seattles grass/turf?
its the artificial turf with the little rubber bits you see in indoor soccer places, and I believe the grounds keeping crew there try to rake it up so it has a nice pattern like a proper football pitch because typically for the Seahawks, it doesn't look like that....

but they don't seem to understand that it looks like ****.

Can someone explain how mls playoffs work? The aggregate and away goal stuff lowkey confuses me

Also im glad donovan gets another chance ima try to make it to one of the championship games in LA

Lol..Sigi Schmid is an idiot. he use to do the same tactical "bone headed" decisions with the GaLAxy like he did today. How do you bench Marco Pappa who just won MLS Latino Player of the year and is a fan favorite to make him a super sub in the most important game of the season. Plus he came in at the 80th minute. What is he suppose to do for seattle in 10minutes? Lighting was not gonna strike twice for Pappa like it did in the supporters shield match (2gls in 15min) Anyway it was a good game. I was torn on who to root for. I think this was the final. Dont think Revs will win but then again i havent seen any of their games

Thierry's FB post.

I am taking this opportunity to announce that unfortunately Saturday was my last game for the New York Red Bulls. The decision has always been that I would leave after the duration of my contract and although that was never going to change, I didn't want it to distract from the progress of the team.

I have immensely enjoyed my four and half years here and would like to thank everyone involved with this club who has made my time here so enjoyable.

Thanks must go particularly to Erik Soler, Hans Backe, Gerard Houllier, Andy Roxburgh, Mike Petke, all my team mates, the technical staff, medical staff, all the personnel who work for the Red Bull organisation, the MLS and of course the owner Mr Mateschitz whose vision and passion brought me to this wonderful city.

A special mention must go to the Red Bull fans who have supported this team through the good, the bad and the ugly times in the sun, rain and snow. You guys have really meant a lot to me and thank you for all your wonderful support.

I will now take the next few weeks to reflect and decide on the next chapter of my career.

Thank you all

Thierry Henry

I'm glad to see him doing well. I knew he would. He just needed time to find his role on the team & shine through. In an interview James did not long ago, he was asked which player surprised him the most since joining Los Blancos (in terms of ability & skill) & James said Isco. :smokin

My son had a blank away jersey from last campaign (the blue one). I just bought him an Isco name set to put on the back...
