With all due respect, only West Brom & Burnley today, eh?
Manuel Pellegrini "I am absolutely sure that Manchester City will eventually win the Champions League," he is quoted as saying by Sky Sports. "Of course, it is not the most important title to win but when it happens -- and it will -- it will not mean that this project is finished.
That has to be a misquote saying it's not the most important title. It doesn't make sense nor does it fit with the context of his next sentence.
I do think City will win the Champions League at some point unfortunately, Although it won't be for a good few years yet and that is only if the owners keep putting money in the club.
In regards to Rooney, In a way im not bothered that he is now banned for 3 games, Now we can get Mata and Januzaj some gametime and prove what they can do, Falcao played well on Saturday too and just needs that 1 goal to get going, Hopefully it will be vs Everton this weekend coming
Question for you American watchers, In regards to the EPL coverage, what is the viewing averages like for the EPL, Is it good or slowly improving? Just curious because it seemed that everyone got into Soccer during the World Cup

It's doing quite well, think each match averages half a million fans. Towards a million for big matches. That's way better than it was just a few years ago. A lot if has to do with the fact is much more accesible now on NBC.
I think it'd do much better tho if the EPL started playing games later so it could accommodate the US fans. Most of the EPL games are broadcasted extremly earlier in the morning, sometimes you want to watch a game but you def arent trying not to wake up at 7am on a Saturday to do so. La Liga has some great times here in the States since they play so late in Spain.
Let me ask you this tho, would the EPL ever consider playing more night games? Or is that not an option since so much of its tradition is playing in the sun? How the EPL does MNF is great, wish they do night games on Sayurday and Sunday too.
