I guess he thinks that's hurting English football...

- slash the amount of players in the Premier League from non-EU countries by a massive 50%.
- Eliminate players from "non-European Union countries" from the lower leagues.
- Restrict visa applicants to those in the top 70 FIFA-ranked countries.
- Institute a minimum transfer fee (thought to be between $16-24 million)

These new restrictions would severly hamper US players playing in the Prem & lower leagues...

I just don't have the words...

Can't achieve progress when you have nothing but old clouded minds running things.

Let's get rid of all the foreigners who are keeping our league afloat so good old Tommy Finklestone can get a shot even though he can't ball and it's mainly because of terrible fundamental instillment from training academy ages where your taught to hoof the ball up to the air from one end of the field to the next and completely neglect to teach them how to play in an interlinking fashion.

That'll solve the problem.
