Its NFL Sunday and Chelsea isn't playing? World of soccer takes a backseat for this week at least

Timbers are starting great, but they need to get one of these chances into the net if they want to kill the Quakes morale. Let Busch save all these shots and it's just a matter of time before San Jose can make their own chances.

Let's go Portland :pimp:

on a brighter note for germany, muller was ballin again today. shoulda had a hat trick but hit the post in the 91st min i believe it was. dudes a monster.

I can only imagine how good Sterling becomes when he's around 25. I really hope he doesn't peak early or succumb to injury.

Just look at this from his younger days...

Fly into Manchester on Saturday... doing the tour and the museum and then the QPR game on Sunday.. :smokin

my boy was saying earlier how sterling is englands most important player in a long time and how they need to use him as the focal point for the NT. ya'll agree?

@SamuelJayC Serie A wages released by @Gazzetta_it: De Rossi (€6.5m) top earner, Higuaín (€5.5m) second.

Vidic :x

I mean, that's my dude and all, but being the highest paid player on the team as a defender at 32 after just signing a brand new contract seems ludicrous to me.

Care to elaborate?

went down near the end of the match. in a lot of pain, got like kicked in the calf and sort of rolled his ankle. had to be helped off the field and he looked like he was really hurting
I was watching the game live and thought to myself, oh no not again :smh:

hope he's ok |I

:smh: Damn, looks like Reus will miss up to 4 weeks with strained ligaments. Looks like he suffered a high ankle sprain. Vid below, the injury occurs at the 3.09 mark.

Arsenal fans probably celebrating in light of their CL fixture

Oh damn, your right captaincrown3 captaincrown3 ... Shame on me...

But then you vid quoted me so I couldn't correct it...

Those Scottish lads were hacking a lot during the game... When Mueller gave up his shirt at the end of the match he looked liked he was doing it reluctantly...

30 bucks man, yall boys would flip if you seen some of these prices for other sports here in america, 30 is nothing

^ Despite the record, heggsy heggsy FC has played really well. I remember reading & listening to some punditry saying that Ulloa was a wasteful signing but he's played pretty well too.

Barring injury, I could see heggsy heggsy FC be the darling like Everton was last campaign... I don't think Everton will do as well as they did last year.

Twenty is Plenty (campaign going round to cap ticket prices at £20)

Man City charge £60 for away fans. Football is supposed to be a working mans game, not everyone can afford to drop £60(around $100) on a 90 minute game.

Germany manage it, a season ticket at Bayern/Dortmund is around £150($250) for a whole season at the two of the biggest clubs in the world. West Ham charge almost £1000 for an adult season ticket. Yes, West Ham.

Ticket prices here have risen to stupid heights something like 75% rise since 2000.

It might not be a lot in America but here it's too much at some places. It doesn't bother me as much, I'm in a fortunate position that at 19 I have a lot of disposable income (I work for my own money) but in the future things my change, kids, a house and all that **** But yeah, the average fan is being priced out.

@psk2310, yeah the Ulloa signing was viewed with a bit of worry, but he's proving people wrong so far, scored more than Arsenals strikers anyways
