Phil Jones out a month?! :nerd:

@ManUtd
The #mufc boss says nine players are still out injured, although @LukeShaw3 "is fit enough to play some minutes" and make his debut vs QPR.

"Fellaini is more than a month away, Jones maybe three weeks or a month. Carrick isn't ready but has run for the first time on grass."

"Johnstone has elbow problems, Smalling isn't fit enough, Wilson and James are not ready yet. Young and Lingard are also injured."

More injuries :smh:

My guess the team for Sunday will be:

GK - De Gea
LWB - Blind
RWB - Valencia \ Rafael
LCB - Rojo
CB - Blackett
RCB - Evans
DM - Fletcher
CM - Herrera
CM - Di Maria
AM - Rooney
ST - Falcao
ST - RVP

A relative sent this to me & I thought it was very interesting. :smokin

Four-star recruit opts for soccer

Every four years during the World Cup people often wonder what the United States National Team would look like with the nation’s top athletes on the field.

Perhaps we’ll find out soon.

At least in one case, one high school junior with major college football offers, wide receiver Drake Davis (Fork Union, Va.), is opting for the latter.

According to Fork Union head coach Brian Hurlocker, Davis is not playing football this year to focus on soccer.

The four-star recruit is ranked as the nation’s No. 10 wide receiver and the No. 3 prospect in the state of Virginia in the 2016 class by 247Sports.com Composite Rankings.

Davis has offers from Alabama, Miami, Maryland, Temple, Florida State, Virginia and Virginia Tech.

“This is a decision he made in the spring and he’s stuck with it,” Hurlocker said.

Hurlocker said he’s fielded calls from all of the schools that have offered and a few more about Davis and his decision to play soccer throughout the summer.

This past week alone, both Georgia and Maryland inquired.

“I don’t push the kid to play,” Hurlocker said. “It’s his decision. He’s a good kid and a good athlete.”

Davis is a Division 1 recruit in soccer as well.

Davis attended Bay St. Louis, Miss./Saint Stanislaus as a freshman.

Last fall he played at Baton Rouge, La./Dunham and transferred to Zachary, La. for a few weeks late in the semester.

The 6-foot-4, 215-pounder enrolled at Fork Union in January and ran track in the spring.

Davis camped at LSU and Florida State for football this summer.

“He was very impressive,” 247Sports.com National Recruiting Analyst Barton Simmons said. “He’s a freak.”

It appears those skills, however, will be showcased on the soccer field rather than the gridiron.

Is Blind really a wing back though? I only know of him during the WC and i don't know how much of an attacker he is.

Blind is very versatile thats why its a great signing but the Internets say he will be a DM at manchester united

And will be a crucial signing for the season, as he knows LVG's systems, and is very comfortable playing at DM, giving the defensive line a lot more help.

"Dat guy Welbz" training as a Gunner wearing the as yet unreleased CW of the Hypervenoms... Calum Chambers also sporting the soon to be released CW of the Magista Obras.

"Ferguson did have a difficult start at United, losing his first game in charge 2-0 away at Oxford. He then oversaw a 0-0 draw at Norwich before experiencing his first win in English football at home to QPR on 22 November.

Fergie only won one of his first six matches in charge, but after a loss at Wimbledon in late November, his fortunes changed for the better. He went on a streak of only losing once in 13 games, bringing United up to 13th by mid-March."

 I get it. I get it.

Alls I'm saying is LVG needs to shut his trap till he's got credibility at MU. All I see up to this point is a pug looking face and a mane full of good hair.

And eiddy, I know you of all people are not seriously about to ALREADY compare LVG to da Manchester gawd Fergie after just three games.

No, I'm not comparing the two. What I am saying though, is that great managers in the past have had slow starts. Let's give the man a chance.

My exact reaction to that comment.

:rolleyes You know, I honestly didn't think about selfies... I was thinking about all those big booty girls he parties with.

A little telling the first thing you thought of was Richard... :rolleyes

CDM and that's his preference, that was his main position at Ajax. But can and does play LB/LWB.

A very good addition to the squad

Wow anyone watching Bremen/Leverkusen?

Nope, I wish I did. How was it?

So you're really pulling this all-nighter huh? You scared you just going to sleep during the day and miss the Real vs Atletico game?
My man, getting out of work after midnight. Hopping on the subway straight to FiDi or East Village for adult beverages.

Contemplating a power nap around 4-5 AM to build energy for Arsenal/Man City. After the match, run and lift. Get ready for Madrid Derby.

Crash, PBF/"Chino" fight.
