I feel like the problem with Arsenal, is that top 3 clubs know to basically make it very difficult for Arsenal to play their style of football, and it all comes crashing down for Wenger.

Agreed. They clog the box and tighten up on the passing lanes and step up pressure (mind you they also have better overall defences than Gala) and given our slow DM's and CB's they smash us on the counter (City, Pool, AND Chelsea away matches last year.

That is a fair rebuddle, but under mourinho they seemed to be a counter-attacking machine that played fairly consistent against any opponent, these past seasons under ancelotti at times they have played outright sloppy. I just feel that they rely on CR7 to be their savior every game now

I'm watching these Welbeck goals again during HT, and it really confirms what I've always believed about him....he's got all the right tools, it's just really up to him whether he figures out how to use them...

Both of his goals were solid but time will tell whether he can keep up these sort of performances.

I mean this is just ridiculous. What on earth was he thinking? He's now going to cost the team in the next match. Arsenal had it all wrapped up, and now a moment of madness will affect the next match. Personally, I think he could have done better. I mean it's not about the 1 goal, it's about letting your team down for the next match.
