I will blame our manager for putting that BUM Tello on the field to start the game. He did absolutely nothing. Once Quaresma came in for him he was giving pinpoint crosses and disrupting Benfica. Spanish coach wanted to play that Spanish bum, get him back to Barca.

Whatever, we're in the champions league and finished first, Benfica's sitting at home then. I still believe in this season!

Correct term is Macanese. Growing up I always called it macauians. I don't know too much about politics between china and portugal but I bet portugal is kicking themselves for letting Macau go in 1999. They're printing money over there because of the Chinese coming over and spending money there. I've always said if you see me on the streets, you wouldn't even think I was Portuguese. But my first, middle, and last name is Portuguese. I got cousins that straight up look Portuguese, others where you can see a mix, and like myself where I look Chinese. Too bad my sister and I are the only ones out of both sides of the family that doesn't speak Portuguese. We refuse to learn when we young since we are the only ones born in America. Got cousins born in portugal, Angola, and Macau. And now I wish when I was younger I was more ingrained with the culture, which I guess explains why I rep portugal so hard....to make up for things I missed out on.

So if you guys see Chinese people rooting for portugal, Macau explains it.


I really wanted to watch the Porto/benfica game but I'm at a bar with friends getting ready to watch my niners get killed in Seattle. They straight up laughed at me when I asked to put the soccer game on. And I'll still blame Alex smith for today's lost.

The politics were that the UK had just given Hong Kong back to the Chinese in 1997 so Portugal was under pressure from the world community to give Macau back to the Chinese. They were making Portugal look like imperialist bastards, even tho Macau wanted to still be part of Portugal.
