I think he's trying to use his opportunity at Real as a showcase for a starter role somewhere else.

The difference is that he'll be the second striking option tho. In United he wasn't, he's down the list at 4-5.

He'll ride the bench but he'll def get much more opportunity. Plus he's going to be living in Madrid. Who doesn't want to live in Madrid opposed to Manchester, England.

I wanted to see him start somewhere but the more I think about it, good move for both.

Either way, I'm not sure our starting XI is better than last year's, which makes not getting Falcao a disappointment. I fully expect him to wind up at City now.

woke up late today and just watched the arsenal game that i DVR'd.

it's going to be frustrating watching sanogo try and fill the shoes of G if that's what wenger plans to do for us. if we don't make a move, which i assume is unlikely, rather see more Ox out there. monreal was frustrating to watch at times today too. thank god for alexis...imagine if we didn't sign that man. i'll take a point on the road by would have been nice to get the full three against Heggsy FC today. great effort from them. assume he was at the game
