Enrique going to fine Pique for the 3rd time in preseason so far for letting off another stink bomb after the friendly with Helsinki in the press area... Is this guy capable of being mature?!?!?? I'm still in disbelief he got an extension...

Winning the Community Shield is a great way to start off the season. I'm hoping that we can sign up a CDM and a CB, maybe even a player that can play both. Aside from those two areas, we have a nice depth to us.

I would love to see Giroud make more goals like that.

Man...I'm going with the Men in Blazers. Like stated, I doubt they'll remain with Grantland due the switch. How did Bill Simmons let this happen?!

Rog and Davo are gold!

Whats the point of staying at ESPN anyways? They don't play any European football league games on TV and been lost the Champions league a long time go & now the World Cup.

NBC will hook them up.

The true test for the Reds this campaign will be having CL competition. Not sure if they have the depth yet to be able to challenge for the Prem title & do well in The CL.

I read Bony is Rogder's target while the Red's transfer committee aren't keen on the purchase. Would love to see Cavani there but not sure that happening. The fish papers are saying the Gunners are making a push for Edison too.

Would like to see him at Anfield or the Emarites...
We need another forward. Ricky Lambert is great and all, but I don't think he could manage both a EPL and Champions league season. Remy would have been great but sadly he failed the medical. Lacazette from Lyon would also be a solid pickup but just seems like rumors. Cavani or Lavezzi would definitely bolster our attack even more.Hopefully we pick up someone else. Sturridge could definitely take up the scoring load which he has already done in the past while Suarez was out, but the issue is how long can he keep it up and when we play teams where the defense clamps down on him, who will step up to the plate to try and score.

Makes sense since the guys are pretty EPL/MLS-centric, so the fit with NBC will be nice.

Just bummed for Grantland I guess.

Never heard their podcasts before, during the World Cup is where I started watching. I'm sure NBC can give them a podcast, it's not hard. Just get a mic

Ummmm what happened to the pitch in Seattle

I thought the point of artificial turf was so that you wouldn't ever have to worry about maintenance

That's not maintenance. That's the grounds keeper trying to bend the turf to create the same type of dark/light contrast you get from bending real grass. Strictly aesthetics

Lacazette spoke today and said he's staying this year but next year he doesn't know. By then you would hope Origi is doing work but he still has a long way to go.

Good Lord! 50,000 people at Century Link again? Are they thinking about a Soccer-specific stadium?

Edit: I don't care what it is, but the pitch is looking boo boo tonight in Seattle...

Edit: Pappa's set up to that goal :smokin
