Rather bring in a a top end player (Specifically my dream signing of Marco Reus) if we are looking to upgrade the LW from Santi but more realistically I'd rather give the game time to Ox who is as talented as any player around but he needs game time to reach that potential we see in flashes.
Also our budget is finite so spending a large chunk of cash on another playmaker is silly if it limits who we can (hopefully) bring in as an upgrade on Arteta and Flamini. Attackers are great but if we go into the season with Ramsey being the only player who can actually hold his own with the physicality in the midfield vs the top sides we are in for more hammerings regardless of who we have in the front 3.

I would be pretty upset if Santi goes, but I can't see him leaving. He's been very crucial for us. Also, Rosicky, I believe he is in the last year of his contract or second to last. I think Wenger might be planning for that. It gives us obvious squad depth. But I rather see a CDM be brought in first, that's much more practical.

If you noticed Arsene directly refuted Quintero and Balo, but when Sami was brought up he deflected the question and followed up by saying the market will be busy between the 15th and 30th. With supposedly 2 maybe 3 more signings coming in especially if TV5 leaves I think Arsene might just be doing a Madness this summer. COYG!
