Arsenal will make a bid for Carvalho this week & hope to complete an £8m deal for Manolas, reports @Matt_Law_DT.
Juventus have agreed personal terms in principle with Podolski. Meeting with Arsenal tomorrow, says @DiMarzio.

Not really watching, but I thought Barca was down to 10... :x

When they went down to 10, the commentator said, "maybe now it will be more of a level playing field"

I believe they could go down to 9 or maybe even 8 to be really level playing, as shown by that shockin defence by rook rook

Gotta catch the United game later...I'm assuming the defense and midfield looked shaky on the ball, as usual?

How you have 9 corners in a half, and countless possession in the final third to not even score a freakin goal >:

And the thing is Seattles not even having a great game they hit us on the counter for those 2 goals...the Timbers make me want to toss a kitten at times.

Portland vs Seattle is always an entertaining game.

Glad Barca started off with a win today, clean sheet no less even being down a man.

Masch's mistake was actually the fault of Busquets accidentally heading the ball over the Blaugrana defense to a streaking Rodríguez (Elche) who continued his perfectly timed run.

Going from the tail end of the last campaign into the preseason, Busquets has been making some really costly mistakes that have all led to scores or severe penalties.

Masch needs to play his natural role & Bartra needs to play more.

I really liked seeing what Rakitic has been doing & the younger guys like Munir & Thiago's lil bro Rafa are playing well.

Not one to complain about ref's too much but yesterday's disallowed goal in the Malaga vs Athletic game & the foul not being called when Rakitic was tackled from behind shows the refereeing didn't start off well in La Liga.

So Chicago had a deal all worked out & then MLS decided a drawing needed to be done to determine where he would play?
