Slow your roll there  Arsenal and City may have something to say about that.

edit: Will Matic even start for Chelsea?

Who else would be?
Grumpy that Chelsea doesn't play until Monday, but it gives me a excuse to day drink on a weekday, so...

Ramires, Fabregas, I don't know. I'm not sure what formation they use and who they'd use. So that's a yes right? I'm just curious for fantasy team reasons.

Matic and Fabregas will both be in the mid-field together.

I'm gonna go out on a really, really far limb here and say the top 4 looks like this:

Chelsea
Man City
Man Utd
Everton

You really think Arsenal won't be at least top 4 again, even after all of their acquisitions? And that United will be in there?

1. Arsenal

2. City

3. Chelsea

4. Liverpool

Thanks for the info though

I like Roberto Martinez more than anybody, but life without Barkley will be challenging. Arsenal, Chelsea, LFC, United. Similar to Liverpool, Everton's front-end schedule is brutal.

I think Roberto Martinez will be able to adjust just fine without Barkley even though he's clearly a key component. Another year of experience for his young squad who have been exposed to tough situations early, I feel they'll be better equipped to handle that this year and sneak into fourth due to capitalizing on other teams misfortunes. Arsenal is the better team on paper but I think they'll get done in by injuries, they have some injury prone guys and a low quality physio staff that won't improve the odds in their favor even after years of somehow locking down that 4th spot.

Van Gaal will have Utd playing quality ball after Moyesanity, enough to push them up towards the bottom half off the top 4. Pool is also a better squad on paper but I think the loss of Suarez will drag them down early on and will probably bounce back by mid-season but it'll be a bit too late, finishing just outside the top 4.

It's a wild prediction, so lets see what happens

Chelsea is winning the EPL. Idk if we can compete with Bayern or Real for the CL though

City and Arsenal will be tough, but I think Chelsea is the best team in the EPL. Our starting 11 is better than every other one in the league.

And yes Matic will start. Dude is a horse in midfield, the question is who partners hi.. Will it be Fabregas or Ramirez. Honestly anybody but Mikel is fine with me

Last call, dont forget to sign up for the Fantasy League if you've not already.

I feel like sharing my team  so here it is. Made a whole bunch of changes today due to injuries but I think it looks nice.

Always wondered how wages work in soccer, do the players get paid all 52 weeks or only during the season?

For example think I read Kun signed a new 150,000 a week contract

Does he get 150000 * 52 or 150000 * weeks of EPL season

Every week of the contract I believe.

Fabregas x Matic

Ramires be goofing up too much and Fabregas is looking so solid being able to move freely.

Chealsea is looking really solid this season. Great midfield AND AND finally, a striker who can create chances by himself :smokin
