@ the poll in here. I'm a chelsea fan and voted accordingly but why include Juve if I might ask? I thought everyone here had a general consensus of "We feel bad for Serie A because of what they'd become and used to be" not putting words in mouths

^Im guess its in reference to the Juve match fixing scandal which pretty much lead to what was one of, if not thee, strongest leagues in the world fill of superstars to be a shell of itself full of washed up has beens.

If Arsenal are NT's favorite team, then logic would imply that Spurs must be the most hated team lol.

Terry, Ramires, Roman, Drogba, Costa, and the ultimate f**ktard in Mourinho...a club full of punchable faces.

Chelsea >>> United >>> Stoke/Tottenham>Birmingham City.

Whatever the results of the team poll, I think it's safe to say we can all agree John Terry is the most hated player in world football.

on MOTD they were showing how Ireland was running around making late tackles the whole game leading up to him getting that gash.. Karma i presume.

Spoiler that gash... :x

THIS :x :smh:

Is this when Woody goes for a Lacazette?

I hope so...that Utd frontline is desperately in need of a pacy frontman...

on a side note, how many potential world-class strikers are out there?
has anyone watched Dybala play on the regular?
I caught some highlights one time...I might be wrong but he doesn't look the type who likes running at defenders...

Come to think of it, Spoiler-ing that gash won't help... you can still see it in the "recent images" box.  Welp.

With apologies to rck, hating on the Spurs is like hating on the a short guy with no friends & no money. Seriously... I don't even consider that game a "derby"... :rolleyes

^ Says the guy that likes the Washington DC nfl team... :rolleyes

You're not serious are you jking0821 jking0821 ? I wouldn't blame a team or it's entire fanbase over a bunch of knuckleheads... Every team in Europe has a large racist group of fans (except Italy where everyone is racist, jk sorta)...

German media is reporting Reus suffered a knee bruise.

Chelsea easily

Diego Costa
John Terry
Mourinho
Roman

Yeah man jus tell me

Germany is consistently producing some of the best footballers in the world, for years it's been this way. What they do is truly admirable and makes a country like England - with just as much resources, look elementary in the way they produce talent.

So why the hell doesn't the Bundesliga have more parity, why isn't their league as fun as the EPL? - Because of a club called "Bayern Munich".

They rip away homegrown talent from other rival clubs, they just about tore up apart the whole BVB team (who was their only competition), and they were so skeevy in the way they got Gotze & Lewandowski. I just don't think Bayern's code is good for the state of the Bundesliga. The Bundesliga should have more consistent competition, it'd help the exposure and popularity of the league - not to mention they have great fans and a great atmosphere. But it seems to me that Bayern Munich are out to destroy that very idea, it's like they don't let any other club breathe.

You can argue that Bayern are just doing their job by eliminating the competition and winning, but that to me sounds like a monopoly. And one thing we all know about monopolies is - it's terrible for the bigger picture. In this case the bigger picture is the Bundesliga.

PS - Pep is a herb for wanting to manage them, as if he gets some credential points for taking over them right after they had their "best" team ever. Dude took the easy route and I was wanting Pep to actually prove himself in England. To me the jury is still out :nerd:

(Sorry for the hate rant)

Except for some of the British blokes in here & maybe those that have parents born in the region of the clubs the NTer likes, I don't see how any of us can hate any of the rivals of the club we like.

It's not like any of us were born into a family that's followed their favorite clubs for multiple generations or born in the region where the club resides. 95% of you guys have never ventured across the pond to see a home game or traveled across the country to see a friendly played here.

 @ this preprogrammed hate & the poll in general.

jking0821 jking0821 , thanks for taking my post in stride. It wasn't meant as an insult. Must NTers would've began an all out assault with their rebuttal. Cheers.

Edit - I thnk I remember Coupe saying he was majoring in business so he could be an entrepreneur. I guess with his logic about Pep, if he had an opportunity to invest in a thriving business with high revenue & one that didn't perform well, he'd take the later so he could "prove himself" like Pep should've proven himself & take a Prem job. Who the eff would want to take any of the Prem jobs that were offered available at the time (even the crap United job). What herb logic that is... :rolleyes

I don't get this, so since I'm not born in England but support Chelsea, I shouldn't hate my rival club???? what kind of dumb logic is that? SO when I follow a club I should ignore the history and the rivalry it has with other clubs?? Also, you laugh at the preprogrammed hate & poll but bash the Epl anytime you get the chance.

QFT.

I'm not surprised at those posting that don't get the logic. :rolleyes

These rivalries started because of geography or political reasons. 95% of those that post in here aren't from the areas the clubs reside in &/or don't have families from those regions.

You have no vested right to hate the opposing clubs like the long time supporters overseas but do so because that's what you think you're supposed to do because you've adopted the clubs you've like.

edit - Although I'm well versed in the club's history, I'm not Catalan so I don't hate Madrid like a typical Barca fan. It makes no sense. In fact as a football fan in general, I like watching them play because of the talent the club has. I do smile when they lose but I don't hate them. I really don't have any right to & I'm not just going to follow some programmed logic like some dork.
