Cannot finish on goal and missing our heart and soul in Valeri and Johnson. They need to be back in order to save this season. Mediocre game after mediocre game.

Such a disappointing Sunday. First Citeh, then my Timbers...got me actually looking forward to a Monday and actually wanting to go to work 0] 0] 0]

Repped. This team is in shambles without Valeri and, dare I say it, Will running things from the midfield. Urruti isn't good enough to play a starting role, Fochive is putting his heart out there but isn't up to par for the starting role, and our bench is consistently trash. Porter and the higher ups need to scout out some real talent and break the bank for a game changing player (as long as the MLS allows Portland to have one

Another embarrassing performance from City. So disappointing, but expected. Pellegrini needs to be gone asap. Major changes are coming.

I swear there is nothing quite like being at old Trafford... I can't see firing Pellegrini and being able to sign Pep, thought the constant firing of managers kept Chelsea from landing him in the past? Would love to see him eventually take over for LVG but i doubt that will ever happen

I feel you on that...... I only saw a very very  meaningless friendly between Portugal and Argentina... but just seeing football being played on THAT pitch was a dream come true.....

still need to catch a match at White Hart Lane

Where can I find the radio-edit versions of football chants?

Why do people think Pep would leave Bayern to goto Citeh after one or two seasons?

I just don't see that happening as he'd have to rebuild the whole team anyway.

Bayern is dominating, he's even improving them, they have money, Munich is a better place to live in than Cheshire.

agreed with everything except for this.. i prefer Manchester area over Munich. People always put Manchester down because of the weather but Bavaria has very similar weather. Maybe he prefers the pace of german life, but its not for me.. too slow

 @ Jay-Z's facial expression. I admitted that I was used to be like him when I watched football game for the first time.

Defining moment for Cesc
Nice to see Oscar playing well off the bench

Got a text from my cousin that Chelsea willing to allow Cech join Arsenal if Arsenal makes a move on Cech. I kinda hope he leaves the PL after this season or stays with Blues.

One of the things I've seen many Manchester based footballers complain about is the lack of lifestyle in Manchester. They complained about the lack of multple high end restaurants, lounges, shopping etc.

I would think Munich would have one over Manchester in that regard.

Beans why would you want Pep to come in when he'd only stick around for 3 years. Wouldn't you want a permanent manager after Lvg goes?

While I agree with beans to a certain extent, I don't think Pep is leaving anytime real soon until he wins at least 1 more CL, unless there is some sort of political upheaval behind the scenes at Bayern.

I actually think Pep is gunning for another treble.

He's been building his side with the talent he wants so I don't think he leaves in the middle of his project. Plus City is a poorly constructed team built solely on a bunch of big names in the transfer market & not talent that can blend together to consistently play together as a cohesive unit.

It's a shame that no one can score consistently outside Aguero & he's even somewhat inconsistent to a degree (or injured). If Pep were to come, he'd have to start all over again to build the type of talent that fits his tactics & style. City ain't close to what Pep needs.

Edit - If Al Mubarak doesn't fire Ferran Soriano and/or Txiki Begiristain, I have a feeling the more likely candidates Begiristain will look at are Ronald Koeman & Frank de Boar. Ancelotti is a little bit of a long shot IMO because if Perez fires him, whose he going to bring in to manage the team, Rafa Benitez?
