Arsenal can at least do some 1-2 quick passes and play pretty football. Waited to watch the 2nd half and it was kind of painful to watch with all the forced balls, especially Di Maria. Dude went from arguably Real Madrids heart and engine to a mirror image of Jesus Navas.

If Falcao played with Arsenal he would have more of an impact with them than with United.

That Jesus Navas comparison is spot on. Aimlessly running down the wing to put in a cross with no one there.

Again, Fellaini in the 9 was stupid. Fellaini is only really effective at the back post and arriving late. I can't understand expecting him to hold up the play, dish it out wide, then be back in position to receive the cross. LVG got his tactics completely wrong.

There was also no urgency. Slow methodical build up which the bus could see from a mile away. There was a point when all of United's attackers were in front of the bus. No one coming in off the shoulder, no one in a position to make a clever run in.

So it just became hoof ball to Fellaini, which the bus has been preparing for all week (has LVG forgotten this is Tony Pulis? The man has been setting up his team like this for years at Stoke)

Listen here Lamount, no Prem team would fare any better than Cordoba which is at the bottom of the Liga table & will be relegated (most specifically Arsenal who couldn't handle Monaco need I remind you).

At this point in time, Barca would absolutely destroy any Prem team in the form they're in now. It would be like when they played United in the CL championship.

Sevilla hadn't lost at home once this season from my understanding.

Real needed to end Sevilla's streak and get all 3 points to stay in the race, and Ronnie put the team on his back. 

That third goal to complete his hat trick sums up his performance.

And shout out to Iker. You slander him when he screws up, gotta praise him when he earns it. He was like Mariano Rivera at the end, getting the save.

I can't believe Sevilla didn't equilize on the last 10 mins of the match. They had 2 clear chances where the ball was just roaming in the box and casillas was on the ground hoarded with RM players.
