He deserves better...deal can still collapse. If the deal does go through, I guess that just means Sterling is gone...to City, idk of any other clubs that have bid
I've never heard of or seen him play before from what I can remember, how is he?

Good work rate, physical, skillfull, quick and can play in just about anywhere up top. Him and Coutinho playing together will be entertaining

Can't judge him on youtube highlights but ill be excited to watch him when the season starts if he does indeed go to Liverpool.

LA Galaxy are putting some weekly webisodes of Stevie G's arrival.... Here's the first ep.

Not going to lie, I want a Gerrard Galaxy jersey.

Might go look for a Landon while I'm at it.

Wish United could get a big name like that

YouTube can hype any player in any sport up. I remember friends would swear on Draft prospects by using YouTube highlights

Had an exchange student back in High School from Hoffenheim that would always talk about his soccer team. Ever since I have always checked em out a few times a year. Always noticed Firmino. Very versatile midfielder. Quick with the ball and isn't too bad with his finishing. Haven't seen him in Copa America but there were some talks about him being in the Brazilian National Team for awhile.

Wanted him at City because he would really fit in with our attacking style. Still young and can still grow a bit, can't wait to see how he progresses in the Premier League if Liverpool does indeed sign him. Him and Coutinho should be fun to watch.

Wouldn't say buns. He's very key in their attack and has been creating easy chances although he bomb that easy one against Colombia that every killed him for.

Ronnie please go to the mls!
Pirlo and Gerard in the mls is great...haven't heard anything about kaka...how is he doing?

Arsenal signs a solid keeper which brings them a step closer to challenging for the league title...

...while United are probably about to lose theirs. :smh:

Lloris :nerd:

I find it pretty hilarious how Perez is basically engaged in war with his 3 biggest superstars at the club

I've yet to go to an MLS game but I'd definitely consider it if Dinho joined and his team came to town, heck I went to see a Milan - Impact friendly years back mostly because of him

that composure.

If Dinho comes to MLS, it will be in NY

Steven G has been an over rated joke his whole career. Galaxy signing him further proves MLS is a retirement league :smh:

Nothing United could do about it. Cech wanted to stay in London so his kids don't have to change schools etc.

Idk dudes, from what I've seen of Firmino in the Copa America, I am not impressed at all

Speaking of not very impressive, what happened to Cavani? Dude has been buns for a minute now

Edinson has been great for PSG the past two seasons.. Guy scored 30 plus goals this season

- Liverpool have completed the signing of Brazil forward Roberto Firmino from Hoffenheim in a £21.3m deal.

- Leicester have agreed a deal in principle to sign Stoke defender Robert Huth. However, personal terms are still to be agreed with the German, who spent the second half of last season on loan at the King Power Stadium, with the fee believed to be in the region of £3m.

- It seems Stoke striker Peter Crouch is sad to see defender Robert Huth leave the Britannia Stadium this summer for Leicester

- Chelsea are facing stiff competition from Premier League rivals Arsenal and Manchester City for the signing of £14.2m rated FC Augsberg star Baba Rahman this summer

- Porto striker Jackson Martinez is set to move to Atletico Madrid this summer, according to the player's agent. Luiz Henrique Pompeo told Spanish newspaper AS the €35m transfer was tied up on Tuesday. “It was finalised today," Pompeo said. "We want to thank AC Milan for their interest right up to the end, we feel very honoured by it, but you can’t be in two places at once. “It’s a very big club, which has done important things in the league and in Europe. Jackson is going there also to achieve great things and to bring the best out of himself to become even better. That’s his dream and he’s very excited. He’s really happy.”

- According to the Daily Mail, Real Madrid have held crunch talks with Sergio Ramos to keep him at the club. The report states that discussions between Ramos and the Spanish club’s president Florentino Perez has escalated in the last 24 hours to the point that Ramos now wants to express his desire to leave to join Manchester United. Sky Sports' Spanish expert Guillem Balague told us Manchester United must pay Sergio Ramos' €200m buy-out clause to sign the Real Madrid defender.

- Juventus have exercised the option to buy Argentine midfielder Roberto Pereyra from Udinese, the Serie A champions have announced.

- Borussia Dortmund holding midfielder Ilkay Gundogan has rejected the chance to join PSG this summer, claim Bild. The mega-rich Parisians offered to triple the Germany international's weekly wages to £8m a year, only for the player to opt to stay with the Bundesliga club instead.

- Following Liverpool's signing of Roberto Firmino from Hoffenheim, speculation has mounted that move could now pave the way for forward Raheem Sterling's move away from Anfield. And Sky Sports understands Chelsea are interested in signing the England international, but the Blues will not pay more than £40m for the player, with Manchester City having already had a bid of that size rejected by the Merseysiders.

- Manchester United defender Phil Jones is set to put pen to paper on a contract extension at Old Trafford, says the Independent. And the England international will be rewarded for his impressive form at the back for the Red Devils last season by having his weekly wage packet increased to £80k a week.
