Most hooters offer this once a week. I used to catch nba games at hooters all the time until the location I went to dramatically changed its service for the worse.

I go to the one by staples center every so often whenever I go to a lakers or kings game and occasionally the Santa Monica location. Food is hit or miss at both spots, but the women selection is better at Santa Monica.
I went to the one in manhattan when I was in New York in January and ended up violating the manager. The beers tasted weird, and he refused to honor some coupon I had for 10 free wings and cheese fries which clearly stated it was good to be used at any hooters in the country. Maybe it was when I went but the place was dirty and the food sucked. I didn't show them the coupon until after they made the food so I know they didn't half *** it only because I had a coupon.

My girl and her sister tried to clown me when I ordered boneless wings. They said they're basically chicken nuggets for adults. I didn't care, I was hungry though
