My ******* bad man, I'm so sorry about that :smh: it got buried on page 2 of my PM's, I was going back and forth with someone last night about some stupid ****. I'm really sorry man, hopefully he gets back to you :frown:

That's how real drafts work. Obviously this is different because real drafts factor in the teams previous records, and we don't have that here.

However, I'm in favor of it here because we're drafting a whole roster. It would ensure that everyone has the same number of picks between their selections. More skill and different strategies would be used this way. Sure teams 1 and 30 might have a talent difference, but it would be as realistic as possible.

I see 1 and 60, 30 and 31, and 15 and 45 being way more unfair and causing a higher overall variance.

Edit: I'm just arguing for the sake of arguing and don't really care, just don't like how snake drafts don't happen outside of fantasy leagues.

But your first sentence already negated the point of our draft. Real drafts work that way yea but if we don't have a previous season to base everything off of it then that takes fairness and "even playing field" out of it completely. It takes more skill and strategy for a snake IMO because you can go so long in between picks and you could possibly have to think of a plan D or E to build a roster. It doesn't really matter us drafting a whole roster to me. It's crazy to reward Jumpman with the first pick in every round just because a randomizer gave him the first pick, you know? Or to punish Pabs with the last pick.

If we had a season with previous records/standings, then this would have run a little differently for sure. And like I said earlier, I wouldn't mind doing it again to draft that way.

I used to be a hardcore wrestling fan but havent really watched in years.  I plan on going to Wrestlemania at Levi's next year though.
 
Last live event I went to was Summerslam in 2001 in San Jose.  That was in the middle of the WCW/ECW invasion angle.  The Rock vs. Booker T was the main event.  Rob Van Dam vs. Jeff Hardy in a Ladder Match was definitely the highlight for me.
 
I went to a Monday Night Raw long long ago with the main event being Macho Many vs. Jake the Snake.

Unlike the basketball redraft, I really like my team here (in terms of real, on-field baseball). Helps not having the 29th pick.

I like my team too.  Wish I would have drafted a power bat with my 4th round pick instead of reaching for Kimbrel, but I like my team.
