Bear with me for a brief pause in action. Full disclosure: Tomas left Cuba and is technically pursuing a contract with a MLB team. I will assume all the risk knowing Yasmani still needs to obtain residency in another country, get an unblocking license, and be cleared an eligible FA by MLB.

Please weigh-in so the evaluation process is fair. Majority rules, after all.
