But the reason they stop messing with eachother was because tmt wasnt an official company, it had nothing to do with 50 controlling floyd, he just wanted floyd to get his business straight

He said he stopped messing with Banks, Buck and Yayo because they weren't handling their business(he was doing all the work)....talks greasy about them on the radio for months. New music situation/album time comes....G unit reunion

Didnt even read this thread but i am sure this is top 3 dumbest posts in this thread. For one Tyson is not mentally all the way there. For two tyson didnt own his promotion company nor did he have much say in his contract on payment or who he fought. Tyson let Don King swindle him out of money, Tyson didnt lose his money for over spending on himself he lost it but not following himself. For three Tyson had no business endeavors to protect his money long term nor did he even seem interested in running businesses. He did nothing to try to capitalize his fighting success with businesses success. Floyd has created a promotion company, has played around in the app business and basically created his own memorabilia company with TMT merchandise.
But i am sure you just hate the way he looks and he rubs you the wrong way because you are mad.

isnt floyd the highest paid athlete in the world tho? sets up his own fights etc... is the fighter, the promoter, the agent, and advisor/deal maker of his fights as well as other boxers.

Yup. Dude is probably the smartest athlete out. He's flashy as **** but he makes a ton. Now money ain't guaranteed but I seriously doubt we'll be seeing a 30 for 30 on how Floyd went broke.

folks out here making pbf to be the on some tlc, mc hammer status one day. to be successful and highest paid athlete in a sport that has pretty much seen its popularity plummet and possibly the least popular/viewed sport of all the major sports. yet still find a way to get ppl interested in it, and has been/is more successful then anyone who has ever been in the sport says something.
even ali in his heyday, at a time when boxing was arguably at its peak of popularity he still wasnt as commercially successful and earnest as pbf, to be the most revered, most successful person in your field says something.
