Oh for sure, I get that and totally understand it. A lot of stuff in the world is confusing. It's human tendency to try to explain things, make sense of what's happening.
But why Christianity? Why Islam? Why Hinduism? Etc etc. That's what I never will get. If you could answer, why you follow Christianity? For most the religion they choose is the one they grew up around.
And I especially don't like the religions that say if you do not follow this you are damned. That just sounds like something people made in order to control/keep order within societies. No kind hearted, loving god would be that narrow minded.

Men are the leaders of their households. That's not to say women are futile or anything. My mom was superior to me growing up. So was my older brother. Doesn't mean I'm less of a human.
It builds foundation. Husband and Wife become 1 but Husband should be a strong man of God who can lead his family.

Good proposal.
I have no stress at all. Even in tough times, which aren't scarce. No anxiety or fear. I'm respectful and polite to all, no matter what walk of life. I'm more humble and I try to maintain a servants heart. Im honest, faithful, and loyal to those I encounter. These changes have come about since I accepted Yeshua/ Jesus and have become more obedient to Gods commands. Do people who have these traits and behavior exist who aren't believers? Maybe. But this is the fruit of my faith. So if its all crap, I'd still be satisfied with what I have given up to become who I am.

Morality is guided by reason, not faith. We understand that we're one human being out of billions of others who are no more or less special or deserving than we are. With this in mind, it's only rational to treat others the way you'd like to be treated.
If you need a higher power to dictate to you that murder, rape, theft, etc. is wrong, you're a pretty sad individual.
And by "made up bible stories," are you insinuating that stories such as Noah's Ark are potentially true?

You suggest I haven't accepted Jesus Christ, speaking from some pedestal, when YOU'RE living in as much sin as anyone here. Don't do that, because that is judgement. You are in no position to speak to me like that, simply because I ask questions. Asking questions and exploring this world of ideas and ideologies around you are not the same as "trying to find answers." I'm looking to talk about YOU'RE perspective on things, but it's becoming more and more clear that you simply don't have a perspective. That is the same as paying lip service.
I don't promote ignorance, I don't promote a MAN taking on the role of JUDGE when it comes to another man's heart. But is VERY clear that you do.
You need to take a step back and figure out where you could be doing better in your faith. Because you seem to think you are FAR more in tune with your faith than you REALLY are.

Morals come from reason and are subjective. They come from how a person is raised as a child. If there was a supreme being that gave it to us wouldn't all of our morals be relatively the same?
in the eyes of the Nazi's the holocaust was right.
But in the eyes of everyone else, and rightfully so, it was morally wrong.
