you couldnt find any differences AND they looked better they looked better than retail? how is that possible? good enough doesnt equate to better. i bet they could still be labled as GM if put through a LC

i have take a very good look at them several times

and im pretty sure if do a LC on them in the LC thread nobody will find any differences

and with better looking i mean that the neoprene what covers the laces looks better and sits better

the spiderweb thing on the upper laceholes is better aligned on my GM pair than at my retail pair

the overall quality from the GM is just better imo

and btw how do you wanna find out that my pair is GM if you cant find any noticable differences ??

ok i gonna try to fix a decent cam and snap some HD pics from the GM and the retail pair

and drop it in the LC section and see if the NT peeps can distinguish the GM from the retail pair

Those kind of pictures don't prove much for either side of the argument.

The shoes are already manufactured. All those workers are doing is inserting the insoles and lacing up the shoes. That part is always done by hand whether it's Authorized Nike or counterfeit.

That looks like the inside of any factory whether real or fake and they may be real as this would be the time retail samples would come out and be shown to store owners/ manager's, regional managers etc.

not an expert since i dont have those shoes nor have i ever seen em.

widows peaks everywhere and the 2 week production on one of the shoes

Bert. I've seen a few Real vs Fake where the Real pairs had the 3 peaks, that's why I'm a little weirded out.

Any 11 low should be laced to the next to last hoop like this

Depends on who you ask.  From experience I've seen GMs that are better and worse than pairs bought at Footlocker or Champs.  It's up to you decide for yourself.  If you are buying them for yourself then it's no big deal.  If you are going to pass them off for a version purchased at a Footlocker to turn a profit,  I wouldn't buy them.

Man, it really just depends on who you ask ... You won't get a straight answer.

Their is no way to answer if GM is better quality. A GM made 3 years ago is going to be different quality than a GM made today. A GM is a copy of a real shoe, like a counterfeit. Some are better than others

I may have Mis-spoke on the "All lows being laced to the next to last hole."

I looked at all the other LC checks on the Tuxedo lows(the few there were) and the Tuxedos were laced to the top on them.

I've got 4 other lows and they were laced to the next to last hole on all of them.

Also the Jumpman on the back on the Tuxedo will touch the Patent leather(or real close) as well as the heel tab with the 23.

Other than the widow peaks, which I also saw on a LC'd pair that turned out legit here, I'm at a 50/50 Real/GM

My Varsity/white lows also had the widows peaks(though much smaller and not as noticeable)

This is nerve racking to not know if you have a Retail shoe or a knockoff GM.

Hopefully more help will come on the LC I've up.

Damn, I feel like the seller bid me up too, and this was my 3rd auction bidding on this SAME SHOE from same seller because she said the winnig bidders weren't paying, but I think she bid me up to the last second and kept accidentally winning,

JB isn't the best to begin with so it's not harder to be better quality. To be honest they're pretty on par with each other. At the end of the day neither is worth it IMO.

Wow, out of all the posters in here that contribute to the convo's about GM and nobody has any input on my LC For the Tuxedo 11 other than 1 person, who doesn't own the shoe.

Man, that's a little disappointing honestly speaking.
