Thought he's a 2016 kid?
He is. He's all Notre Dame for now and apparently shutting down recruiting completely after he announces.

But what's interesting is people close to him have been claiming the biggest issue and what he's basing he decision on is depth chart. there isn't a school on his final list that won't be 4-5 deep with blue chippers when he gets there. But I guess he looked at ND's roster and didn't see anyone that could keep him off the field (if Malik Zaire is as good as claimed he'll be gone by the time Henry's a RS FR.)

Yeah remember ppl saying that but I don't buy it

- edit -

Some FSU & ND ppl are now saying he'll be a Nole. Either way we'll know next Thurs.

Jameis's attorney claims that according to Title IX there is a confidentiality condition for both parties -- the accuser and the accused.

He says since the accuser's lawyer has been putting Jameis's name out there in every press conference she does, that he decided to level the playing field by outing her.

Ehhh...

Criminole money too skrong :smh:

ND has Zaire and then Brandon Wimbush coming in next year too. Depth chart definitely more favorable at FSU if he's as advertised IMO. If he's that legit, think he can beat out Locksley, Francois, Johnson, if all 3 eventually make it to campus.

And 4* JJ Consentino who is RS this season.

TAMU fans, what's wrong with Kyle Allen?

He's a freshman.

Who was a #1 QB coming out and looked nothing of the sort against ULM. I guess I'm asking, was the problem there and to a greater extent your season so far, been in large part your OC?

Maybe a OC that's in over his head? OL regression, a refusal to run the ball, inconsistent WRs and inaccurate QBs.

Sumlin may need to take the reigns over on the offense.

There could be a thousand things to point to in regards to Allen.

It's like the entire staff is at a complete loss for how to function without Johnny and Mike Evans...

Yea, but if Henry is Jameis level like I've seen people say, then that dude is irrelevant right lol? He's still raw.
It stings because these Junior highlights are incredible:

No way in hell I want him at ND terrorizing us every year

Like I said, these guys deserve each other. The lawyer is seriously a douchebag.

Allen def looks like he can sling the ball around. Not fair to expect much out of a true freshman in his college start, regardless of opponent.

As others have mentioned, there are bigger overall problems:

- the offensive line isn't as advertised
- turns out the WR corps isn't as deep as previously thought.
- Spav appears to be in over his head. I normally don't like questioning play calling cause we don't really know what teams feel and capable of really succeeding with, but he could have cost us the game on Saturday by throwing and leaving time on the clock.

Lots of rumblings on Aggie message boards that Sumlin has lost the locker room, by alienating some of the older players on the team by giving younger guys a shot to play.

Not saying they're gonna hold him off, just goes against the too much depth theory IMO

Did those older players suck?

Myles is aware he may have to switch to RB in the future, and he's open to that change when it becomes necessary. But he wants to stick to LB while he can.
when is the future? perkins is doing just fine at RB and jack wont be at UCLA long, UCLA is also recruiting RB. he will never be a full time RB at UCLA

BREAKING: Attorney for Winston's accuser says #FSU conduct hearing will be week of Nov. 17.

5:52 PM - 4 Nov 2014

@RJinVegas

Florida St expected to be UNDERDOGS vs. Miami-Fl next week (via Vegas oddsmaker @llased)
Winston's attorney might be a bigger douchebag than Winston himself. The attorney yesterday tweeted out the name of Winston's accuser while complaining about the hearing.

These two shriveled penises deserve each other.
hasn't the name of the girl been out for awhile now? and exactly how do you want his attorney to act? he is defending his client

It's just in poor taste. Neither of these guys have handled themselves with class and it's pathetic.

Don't see the problem...

They haven't said her name so why is that lawyer dropping jameis name?

In all fairness:

A. His lawyer is right, Jameis's name was meant to be kept private as well as the accuser's. It's why you never really hear about who is involved in a rape case unless there's an arrest made. but

B. Jameis is a public figure, so it's hard to afford him that same anonymity when he's on tv every Saturday night. His name WAS sealed and redacted from everything and only came out when TMZ and other media sought it through the FOIA. Florida State also confirmed his name... the accuser didn't do that. The school and team did. Now you can say the accuser may have secretly pointed TMZ in the direction of the police report and told them where to sniff, but what we know for sure is that FSU was on an unheard of title run, the media heard a major FSU player was implicated in something, and they went fishing.

C. Because Jameis's name was already out there, and he himself had spoken publicly, there's no real reason for the accuser's lawyer not to name him. What's the point. It's already everywhere. Title IX can't protect you when the damage is already done. Not to mention Jameis was campaining for a Heisman. He HAD to address the rumors for his own benefit. The school could have stayed mum on the whole thing and so could JW but who knows what that would have meant awards wise, so they chose not to.

D. What Cornwell is doing, by naming her and what he admits he's doing is forcing her to face public scorn and scrutiny. She's already being "**** shamed" on campus and on social media, it amounts to witness and victim intimidation. Dude puts her name out there, life becomes hell for her because Jameis is the Heisman and championship winning QB on a football campus. she has a lot more to lose by being named than he does.

E. It's also not the first time he's referred to her by name in public. He's done it at least twice before, and to keep it all the way funky, while word on campus spread about her name because of friends from both sides, it's rumored he (Cornwell, the lawyer) leaked her name to the media.

Allegedly.

Also, privacy is granted to the victims, male or female, as a matter of common courtesy. You don't name victims. You just don't. Whether it's a false accusation or not.
