Lightweight nervous for the Navy game... I don't think they lose but i'm very curious as to how they look.

Given their schedule I honestly still see 9-3 maybe 10-2.

Looking from the outside of the Brax situation, its not just the QB position that is hurt by his injury... He was going to be able to help the OL find some cohesiveness after losing 4 starters... Also, help lift the load of losing a 1500 yd back who seemed to always have a big run when the wheels were spinning... Urbs is a great offensive coach but they lose nearly 5000 yds from scrimmage with no Brax, Guiton and Hyde along with 4/5 of that OL.

 In a press release, Virginia Tech announced that long-time head coach Frank Beamer  has signed a two-year contract extension.  Beamer is now signed through Jan. 1, 2019.

Former A&M and Miami commit WR/TE Derrick Griffin enrolled at Texas Southern and plans to play football there in 2015.

You would think it couldn't get any worse than last year but a young & inexperienced defense got even younger & experience at key spots left the team for various reasons. Plus the DC is probably coaching for his job.

So yea take from that whatever you want, this is year 3 from Sumlin and I refuse to belie they can roll out a defense that bad again regardless of expectations.

I thought dude ended up in Europe trying to play basketball. Either way, if he hasn't given up football yet he will soon once he realizes he has to actually go to class in order to play and eventually make it to the NFL.
